Our Colonial Cocktails reflect the sophistication and grandeur of the classics. However, they have been reinvented – with the use of fresh fruits and herbs to charm jaded palates who believe they have experienced it all.
Some of these concoctions include the Evening Milk Punch, featuring Absinthe paired with organic chocolate liqueur from Tambourine mountains in Queensland and topped with grated nutmeg; Berry French Martini – a concoction of chambord, vodka, pineapple juice and fresh raspberry; and the Rose & Cucumber Martini – a blend of Bombay sapphire gin, fresh cucumbers and a hint of rose water for a touch of orientalism.
