‎1-Rochester Group is very proud to announce that all its restaurants, Stellar at 1 Altitude, One Rochester and 1TwentySix, have all been included in the 2011/2012 Miele Guide’s Top 500 Restaurants in Asia!

As early as 1 November 2011 right up till Christmas Day, diners to One Rochester can opt for Roast Festive Communal Menu (Priced at $75++ each but for a minimum of two persons), as we roll out the Festive Platter—delightful morsels of classic foie cras, marinated Tiger prawns and Ocean Trout, but the stars of this menu are the Roast “Coquelet” Corn-Fed Hen Wrapped in Prosciutto, and the Honey and Clove Glazed Baby Ham. Both of these main courses are inspired by the old-fashion flavours of Christmas feasting.
